Life rarely moves in straight lines.
Transitions, new roles or increased responsibilities, whether planned or unexpected, can shake your confidence, shift your priorities and make you question what’s next. And sometimes (just like I did) you may find yourself feeling stuck, adrift or unsure of the way forward.
The Clarity Practice exists to support you in the moments when your leadership, career or personal direction feels unclear - whether you’re navigating change, stepping into greater responsibility or wrestling with a decision.
I work with senior leaders, emerging leaders and people navigating change who want to show up with more clarity, confidence and steadiness. Rather than pushing toward who you think you should be, we begin with who you are and work together to strengthen your leadership compass. Through conversation, creative problem‑solving and honest reflection, we get to the heart of what’s happening now and identify the next step forward.
I’m Jennifer Leppington-Clark — coach, mentor and founder of The Clarity Practice, a space for honest reflection and purposeful growth.
Born in England, raised in South Africa and now rooted in New Zealand, my journey has been anything but linear. I’ve been a high school teacher, led a global PR agency, run a cooking blog and coached people through every stage of life and leadership. I’ve known the view from the top, the uncertainty of the middle and the courage of starting fresh and each chapter has shaped how I show up today.
With 20+ years in business leadership, coaching, and talent development, I bring both strategic clarity and empathetic presence to every conversation. My background in psychology and education helps me hold space for complexity while guiding people toward insight and action.
My approach is grounded in a strong academic and professional foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology and a Higher Diploma in Education — a combination that brings together psychology, communication and adult learning. This blend underpins my ability to hold space for complexity while guiding people toward practical, meaningful action.
I am formally trained in Brain‑Based Coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute and hold a micro‑credential in Leadership Coaching from Victoria University of Wellington’s Global Enterprise Experience. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global benchmark for professional coaching standards and ethics, and am currently completing the final requirements for my ICF ACC accreditation.
These days, my definition of success looks different. I value simplicity, alignment and living a life that feels true. Coaching, for me, isn’t about giving answers. It’s about helping you uncover your own.
Whether you’re navigating change, leading through uncertainty, or simply feeling stuck, our work together offers a moment to pause, reconnect with what matters and move forward with intention.
