Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching helps you hear your own thoughts without all the noise.

It’s not about advice or being told what to do, it’s a steady, supportive conversation that helps you untangle what’s going on, see what matters and find the next step that feels right for you.

At The Clarity Practice, coaching is gentle, practical and grounded in real life. It’s a place to reconnect with yourself — especially if life has felt full, fast or a bit tangled.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I’m committed to a professional, ethical approach to coaching. In simple terms, that means creating a steady, supportive space where things start to make more sense.

    It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about drawing out the insight you already have, with someone beside you asking thoughtful questions.

Whether you’re navigating change or simply curious, coaching offers a moment to pause, reflect and move forward with clarity and purpose.

  • Coaching is for anyone who wants space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on and move forward with more intention

People often come to coaching when they’re:

    • navigating change or uncertainty

    • wanting more alignment between their values and their choices

    • feeling pulled in many directions

    • craving space to think and breathe

    • ready to make a shift, but are unsure where to begin.

  • Coaching can help you:

    • Reconnect with what matters most

    • Unpack a dilemma

    • Go from good to great

    • Make intentional, values-aligned decisions

    • Build clarity, confidence and calm

    • Create sustainable change, break or build new habits.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you hear yourself more clearly.

  • Everyone’s needs are different, but most people find that six sessions give us the right amount of time to settle in, explore what’s going on, and create shifts that feel steady and sustainable.

If you’re wanting support around one particular moment or decision, you can start with a single session or a shorter series.

Sessions are held online and arranged at a time that works for you.

  • Coaching isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about creating a bit of space so you can hear yourself again.

    People often notice things like:

    • More breathing room — mentally, emotionally or just in the way their days feel

    • A clearer sense of what matters (and what can quietly fall away)

    • Less noise, more ease — the internal pressure softens

    • A next step that feels doable instead of the expectation to have everything figured out

    • Feeling more like themselves again — grounded, steady, and able to trust their own voice

    • A way to navigate the messy middle without spiralling or getting stuck

These shifts are usually small and steady, not dramatic.
But they add up and everyday life starts to feel lighter, clearer and more manageable.

  • You’re welcome to book a free 30‑minute chat where we talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re hoping for and whether coaching feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit.

  • It’s simply a conversation. You can share what’s on your mind, ask questions and get a feel for how I work. I’ll explain what coaching could look like for you, and you can decide if it feels supportive. There’s no obligation to book anything.

  • Not at all. Many people come to coaching because things feel messy or unclear. We figure it out together — that’s part of the work.

  • Most people meet every 2–3 weeks, but we can adjust the rhythm depending on your needs, energy, and schedule. There’s no fixed timeline.

  • A single session is great for a decision point, a moment of overwhelm, or a reset.
Packages give us space to explore what’s beneath the surface and create steadier, longer‑term shifts.

  • Yes. Everything you share stays between us. Your sessions are a private, grounded space for you to talk openly and honestly. As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I follow their professional and ethical guidelines, which include strict standards around confidentiality and creating a safe, respectful environment for your work.

  • Yes. All sessions are held online, so you can work with me from anywhere.

  • That’s what the chemistry call is for. It’s a chance to explore what you’re looking for and see if this kind of support feels helpful and right for you
